Loving mum of Paul, Jon and the late Heidi and Mark, much loved mother in law of Jo and Jen, cherished nana of Isaac, dear sister of Bill, Beryl and George, special friend of Pam Smith, 'Nana Pat' to many in Bonby, she will be greatly missed by all.
All are welcome to join the family in sharing a service to celebrate Pat's life at Great Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday 6th March at 12pm.
